This is not a stay to play event. You are welcome to stay at any hotel in Dodge City.

We do recommend staying at Dodge House or either Best Western. The Best Western on HWY50 is the closest hotel to our facility.
Event Details

This is also a 4 game guarantee tournament so each team will receive 4 games minimum. Depending on how many teams enter the tournament, that’s how pool and bracket play will be set up.

Scorekeepers and balls are provided for each game.

There is no PAP.
Admission

We are a gate entry facility so anyone that enters the facility will have to pay to get in. Players and coaches get in for free.

We are a cash only facility but we are working on getting a card machine so you can pay with a card.
Additional Note

Each game will have balls and scorekeepers provided throughout the tournament. QR codes will be posted throughout the facility so spectators and coaches can see bracket play.

Brackets will also be posted in the tournament directors area, which anyone is able to come in and see.

Rings will be given to 1st place in each division. Medals will be given out to 2nd place.

Concessions will be open throughout the tournament.
