This is not a stay to play tournament. You are welcome to stay at any hotel that you want to in Dodge City.

We do recommend staying at Dodge House or Best Western. The Best Western on HWY50 is the closest to the facility.
Event Details

This is a 4 game guarantee tournament so each team will receive 4 games minimum. Depending on how many teams enter the tournament, that’s how pool and bracket play will be set up.

Scorekeepers and balls are provided for each game.

There is no PAP.
Admission

There is a gate fee for anyone entering the facility. Coaches and players get in for free.

We are a cash only facility but we are working on getting a card system so you can pay with card this summer.
Additional Note

Each game will have balls and scorekeepers provided throughout the tournament. QR codes will be posted throughout the facility so spectators and coaches can see bracket play.

Brackets will also be posted in the tournament directors area, which anyone is able to come in and see.

Rings will be given to 1st place in each division. Medals will be given out to 2nd place.

Concessions will be open throughout the tournament.
